Advanced Mobility, Inc., provides both on-site and carry-in service and repair for a wide variety of mobility equipment. Either you can bring it to us, or we will come to your home or office and make the repair at your location. Our service technicians have been trained and certified by the major manufacturers of mobility equipment, so you can be assured of quality work. It's not necessary for you to have purchased the equipment from us. If we can obtain parts from the manufacturer, we can fix whatever is wrong!
We strive to achieve next-day response. In other words, if you call us on Tuesday, we'll be at your location on Wednesday. Our on-site service is available Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. In addition to normal hours for carry-in service, we'll also accept requested Saturday appointments.
All of our services and repairs carry a 90-day warranty for parts and labor. Remember, if your mobility equipment isn't working properly, it isn't doing you a bit of good.
In addition, we will also conduct an on-site evaluation of your home environment. After careful analysis of your current layout (entryway accessibility, stair height and placement, doorway width, countertop height, and bathroom safety) and mobility needs, we will provide recommendations to improve your mobility level and comfort, thereby allowing you to enjoy your home.
